Buyer Skills and Requirements:

The owner has a C45 Electric Sign Contractor’s License and will act as RMO (Responsible Managing Officer) for one year while the Buyer obtains their license.  One year is the maximum time permitted by the SBA for the Seller to act as the RMO or be directly involved in the business. The Buyer must be willing and capable of learning to manage and operate a sign manufacturing business.  The Seller will provide training for 4 weeks and will offer limited consulting after the initial training period.
